上次聽到老友講過,今日嚟咗北角試吓「本色」呢個好出名嘅美人鍋。打邊爐嘅角度來講,淨係個湯底已經贏晒,完全係要先飲左湯先開始落食物。湯底咁靚係因為足本 烏雞《成隻》兼加埋花膠,好足料先出產到咁靚既湯。之前都試過其他鋪頭嘅美人鍋,但呢間算是最愛。牛頸脊肉質軟熟口感好,重牛味。推介一定要試。呢個鏡花水月用既係豬夏青,有驚喜既係原來需要點左蛋漿先落,食上嚟口感會滑啲爽啲。什錦蔬菜份量夠多手工丸都好食,最鍾意黑松露丸,濃香既黑松露味。
