To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

港灣壹號長期都是家庭慶祝活動首選，現在疫情期間，在週末它有早茶套餐優惠。價錢相宜，食物質素並沒有改變，老饕識貨之人已經早早預訂，享受飲茶之樂。今次已經係全家人短短一個月內，第二次到這裏喝茶。簡單說一說，飲茶食飯一定要坐在下層，中餐廳環境優越，維港全景，樓高兩層，氣派比Dynasty 同龍景軒高。每一個點心都係即叫即整，燒賣、楊州炒飯、雞批、鹹水角都係必食之選。XO 醬亦很出色，加到點心上有畫龍點睛之妙。雖然這裏沒有一些很新派的點心，但從傳統的點心，你才可感受到廚師們的功力所在。點心水準的穩定性亦很重要。茶葉質素都係高嘅，普洱茶是用生普。另外酒店侍應勤奮有禮，令食客有賓至如歸之感。每一次過來，俾貼士都俾得好舒服。這個中餐餐廳絕對是物超所值，強烈推介大家去試一次。
