今晚屋企開飯斬料加餸,平時都莫過於叉燒油雞,不過今日想特別啲食燒鵝,就上openrice揾最近嘅燒鵝專門店,結果就揀中阿爺,以後港島人想食靚燒鵝唔洗走到深井喇!阿爺店面紅噹噹,而且位置好易揾。既然用得燒鵝做生招牌,就決定外賣燒鵝下庄 + $40燒腩仔。燒鵝下庄🔅煙薰味好香!份量好足料,甚至比想象中多😂 一咬落去皮脆肉嫩,鵝油即刻標哂出黎,好惹味。而且燒鵝嘅調味恰到好處,唔會太濃味。燒腩仔🔅返到屋企用煎pan輕輕爆一爆,呢份燒腩仔真係無得輸,我個人喜歡食7分瘦3分肥,完全岩哂我心水,而且個皮仲係好脆!好食又抵食!

煙薰味好香!份量好足料,甚至比想象中多😂 一咬落去皮脆肉嫩,鵝油即刻標哂出黎,好惹味。而且燒鵝嘅調味恰到好處,唔會太濃味。

燒腩仔🔅
返到屋企用煎pan輕輕爆一爆,呢份燒腩仔真係無得輸,我個人喜歡食7分瘦3分肥,完全岩哂我心水,而且個皮仲係好脆!好食又抵食!
