痴筋今次舊薰蹄真係痴住條豬筋!係生豬肉透明嗰種筋呀大佬唔好同我講係咁嘅樣,我特登上網搵左薰蹄點製作!即係第一嘢煮熟嘅程序冇熟哂就成舊丟去攤凍同切!用deliveroo食依個雙拼飯「燒鵝薰蹄雙拼飯」,佢一大舊飯硬掘掘,搭條菜心、跟住係一層完全半生熟嘅薰蹄(啫喱狀)。跟住鋪兩片較熟嘅係最上層,燒鵝就攝係個邊...盛惠$94蚊依啲時勢我打開個飯盒唔敢食,即刻倒去炒炒佢。但唔好食,本身就成啖鹽架喇,啲飯好硬好乾.... 大家街坊自己衡量貴夾唔飽食依間嘢食唔食得過... 我冇眼睇(平時行過見佢都冇咩生意,但啲嘢食質素十足十啲忙到爆廠嘅餐廳咁),真係好好奇點解仲屹立企係依區!
