今次👦🏻👧🏻去咗裝修充滿香港特色嘅中菜餐廳 - 樓上大排檔!當初揀食呢間餐廳係因為食物創新有啲Fusion,裝修又以各餐廳招牌/機舖為主。飯後再問店完,原來同位於旺角嘅女人街食飯公司為姊妹餐廳!🌟金沙脆魚皮呢個金沙脆魚皮真係勁足料同大份,將鹹蛋醬係炸魚皮表面呈流沙狀態,咬落去鹹蛋味濃之餘,仲極為香口同脆。🌟越式咖喱牛腩煲配法包餐廳將越式咖喱牛腩燉到軟爛入味,唔會好硬身,食落每一口都有濃郁既咖喱香,而牛腩配法包簡直一流享受。🌟黑松露滑蛋蝦球黑松露滑蛋蝦球嘅黑松露份量不少,所以嫩滑富蛋香嘅炒蛋中亦混入不少黑松露香氣,至於蝦球亦非常爽口彈牙。整體上配上香蔥,撈飯一流!🌟瑤柱鮑魚粒炒飯同樣係十分足料嘅炒飯,瑤柱絲絲分明,為炒飯帶嚟咸香味道。鮑魚切粒後仍然係大大粒有咬口,炒飯乾爽唔油膩。🌟懷舊蝦多士一份三件嘅蝦多士用薄白麵包配上大蝦,麵包炸得鬆脆,如果有其他醬汁點嚟食就好啦🤪。
