To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔相信係大眾嘅食堂，香港獨有嘅特色！今晚到訪，並唔係想食「麥演牛演」，反而叫左一碗魚蛋酸辣米線。魚蛋，並唔係油炸的，係白色的，好適合減肥中嘅我，共有五粒之多，份量剛好。米線一如過往，煮得軟硬度適中。但係略嫌韭菜較為少，而腐皮亦煮得較為硬，破壞了口感。平時好鍾意食十小辣，今晚改叫一碗酸辣湯底，幾好喎。因為個辣度同十小辣相若，不會令人落得頭皮發麻，但係多了一份酸味。味道立即充滿了層次。但係呢一間有漏單情況，等了差不多20分鐘米線才送上來，前後左右的人比我遲走進來，也開始進食了，故服務仍需改善
