To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經開九龍城同朋友係附近搵間餐廳坐下食下野,見到間就紅雞冰室既就唸著入去打個頓,餐廳事事整整,香港典型冰室,岩曬我呢d 去開冰室的人。簡單叫左幾個下午茶三文治,一份奶油多士,一份鹹牛肉炒蛋三文治,一份炒蛋三文治,再點多杯熱奶茶同熱杏霜。這裡的三文治和多士餐時都很受歡迎,因為價錢抵食又真係做得幾好。首先奶油多士面頭上灑滿糖粉,好似白雪雪的雪地一樣,很漂亮好賣相,切開裡面有厚厚奶油,甜甜而不膩,特別好味。兩份三文治切得和擺放得很工整,看得出是用心思做的三文治,而且味道也做得很適中,喜歡這個鹹牛肉炒蛋三文治,夠味又有口感。邊吃三文治,邊飲返杯香濃的奶茶,襯托著冰室的特色,簡直是絕頂。
