To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前都有同朋友嚟添好運食個飯,最鍾意就係食佢哋嘅酥皮焗叉燒包,今日我返完大陸嘅時候,喺高鐵西九龍站竟然比我見到添好運喺呢度開咗新鋪。咁啱又唔係好肚餓,就想嚟呢度食下點心同小食。我哋兩個人都係叫咗三樣嘢,一個必叫嘅叉燒包,一碟腸粉同一個燒賣。食物嘅水準其實同出面鋪頭差唔多,叉燒包都係咁好食。最鍾意就係上面果陣酥皮,成個包外脆內軟,所以每次我都一定會叫一碟。腸粉都唔錯,皮薄餡靚,唯一就係北菇雞球燒賣,一開始以為佢係普通燒賣,點知其實只係雞球,唔係好明點解呢個係叫燒賣,味道都還好既。
