To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日鮮到東九龍，好友轉字頭生日，特地走到一家網紅小店為她預備蛋糕，留貨後剛好是下午茶時間，決定到碼頭附近覓食，再散步至海濱長廊呼吸一下新鮮空氣。 小店樓底高空間感十足，摺檯摺櫈好有以前味道，有一幅連儂牆，乾淨整潔。 雞翼薯條 (下午茶餐) $34 上桌時不太算吸引，吃下倒是驚喜，雞翼醃得入味，皮脆肉嫩；薯條熱辣辣好有薯味，你一條我一條轉眼吃完。 豬扒炒蛋瑞士汁撈丁 (下午茶餐) $40 撈丁外貌同樣沒神沒氣，夾開雞蛋始見原來熱得冒煙，豬扒香口不柴，瑞士汁調味剛好，不油膩又沒過鹹，不錯。 感覺有心做好食物，人在附近不妨支持！
