To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日午餐時間無咩主意，走入去間轉角嗰家小食堂，試吓佢哋嘅家鄉味。第一啖食嗰碗煲仔飯，啖啖飯粒都滲透住煙韌嘅燒肉香，嗲到不得了！🤤 滴滴肉汁都一啲都唔甩底，咬落去彈牙得滯，我只想講句：真係正！👌跟住嗰碟蘿蔔牛腩，牛腩炆到入味濃郁，半溶喺口嗰種，軟爛得嚟保持住啖啖肉嘅質感，一啖咬落真係滋味十足，自己都唔信得其係平民價錢嘅享受。😋 而家附送嘅陳皮蘿蔔，甘香中帶微辣，解膩得嚟又惹味，完美搭檔無誤！飲品揀咗杯凍檸茶，夠晒酸甜清新，每一啖都係喚醒味蕾嘅絕配。整體嚟講，呢個午餐食得我心滿意足。😌 下次走過呢個轉角，我知道自己又會回味無窮，再次走入去！👣🍚
