To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟到呢間，真係有種搵到寶嘅感覺 🌟。個環境舒服晒，我斯衝叫咗個二人餐，開始嗌湯，係嗰種香濃得滯嘅酸酸地開胃湯，好似提提我：準備迎接美味既來臨！依個湯真係勁過癮！加咗啲錢嗌咗黑松露薯片，脆卜卜，黑松露味勁撲鼻，啲薯片正到彈得嚟！海鮮飯，真係有料到爆煲！啲飯啱啱好，有咬口；舊魚肉嘅質感軟滑，一啖咬落去，簡直幸福死啦！然後係個牛柳，軟滑得黎唔失咬感，滿口嘅肉汁加上啲配菜，簡直美味到炸裂！飯局收尾，我哋要咗個雪糕配牛角包，個牛角脆卜卜，奶香四溢，同埋嗰撻滑既雲呢拿雪糕真係絕配！坐響呢度，同朋友慢慢嘆，就連响嘅風都甜哂 🍦。呢度既食物質素同賣相都好正，下次梗係要再嚟！
