To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

外表似足港式茶座，裡面卻是貨真價實的泰國餐廳，而且是去大尾篤踩單車的必經之路。平日下午茶的時段去比較少人。遠離了市區做便有一種遠離塵囂到外國的感覺。泰式焗薄餅配沙嗲醬這個泰式焗薄餅是必食之選！首先賣相已經是非常特別，未試過在其他地方見到。加上，焗得又脆又鬆，口感有點像酥皮蛋撻的酥皮。而且，沙嗲醬裡都有少少肉碎和花生粒。兩者搭配起來當作午後小食，一流。脹卜卜的賣相～香葉辣炒豬肉碎可以單獨食用或配以香飯進食都可以。由於香葉加辣椒仔，好惹味和好開胃。香辣不算有挑戰性，適合一般食到麥當勞辣雞翼的人士。即使剛剛做完運動，也能消化幾碗飯！超級地道的奶茶
