To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友住附近，我行完山落到山腳就喺附近，於是約埋high個tea。因為好肚餓，於是嗌左好多野食，樣樣都好食，好滿足，絕無失望。一嚟梗係嗌野飲，我要左鴛鴦紅豆冰，好甜好好飲，好有特色，唔係周圍有。蒸鳳爪排骨飯熱辣辣，食落仲好香 😋醃春蛋蒸燒賣亦唔輸蝕，同樣新鮮熱辣啖啖肉。春風得意腸非常脆，仲唔係油炸鬼咁單調，而係蝦春卷，蝦🦐仲大大隻，真得意。XO醬炒年糕 ， yummy yummy蝦多士係招牌特色，幾乎必嗌。蝦膠夠厚夠滑，沾沙拉醬更滋味。奶黃流沙西多士更精彩，流沙嗰下好洶湧，好睇又好食 😋👍🏻
