To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

港式蛋包飯

lunch 想食平平地，於是就醒起附近有間蛋包飯，就同 同事嚟食。呢到雖然係間茶記，但係有蛋包飯，幾有趣～ 價位由4x~6x 不等。我叫左烤雞咖哩蛋包飯。醬汁可以自選，我今次唔記得左簡😂😂😂所以佢就default 畀左咖哩汁+芝士汁。芝士汁係有啲白菇撈埋一齊，但我覺得芝士味唔算多。咖哩汁就偏向日式咖哩，唔辣。但出奇地2隻汁撈埋一齊又幾好食～～你可以自選肉類/天婦羅都可以。烤雞係煎過的，火候控制得幾好，仍然保持少少雞扒肉汁，不柴。份量都算多，都算抵食，下次可以再試其他野
