To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一行入花園街就眼花撩亂唔知食乜好，大概係選擇太多吧，最近我地發現左間餐廳，一唔知想食乜就會自動行入去...套餐主要由前菜，餐湯,主菜和餐飲!!我哋order了一個黑松露海蝦帶子意粉,呢個意粉質素不錯，可以媲美一般西餐廳,意粉的份量不少,都係新鮮煮出來的...配料的份量也以充! 值得一讚另外我地都試了海南雞飯，意想不到的係，味道竟和泰式餐廳的都接近雞腿嫩滑，配合埋油飯，飽肚之選!!另一讚係餐廳的服務生不錯，由於我朋友係素食者，餐廳都會推介菜式
