幾年前華輝的撻與批被各大傳媒吹捧，令老叟多次經其門而不得食。今天買了個剛出爐的大雞批約$60。焗批的水準多年如一， 批皮充滿牛油香、鬆脆，用叉來食卻又能保持批皮的一定形狀，饀料有火腿雞肉等，配上忌廉汁烤焗，肉汁豐富而帶香香的忌廉口味，是很滿足的一份下午茶啊！
