To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為咖哩牛腩飯的粉絲，去到大家樂縱使有千百樣選擇，我還是選咖哩牛腩飯作為我的晚餐，等了又等，等了快15分鐘螢幕都沒有顯示我的號碼，原來已做好。飯取回來已經涼了一點，咖哩是港式咖哩，主要是咖哩粉＋水。沒有食到花椒，八角，香葉，桂皮的味道，像水般稀的咖哩配上大薯仔。牛腩的份量比較少，味道還可以，炆得挺淋而不鞋口。最驚喜是隨餐附送一杯紅豆冰，馬上令整頓飯的性價比提高不少。
