To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得放假,便約兩老品嚐佳餚,上網預訂了港灣壹號午餐,到後侍應直接帶我們內進。這裡是君悅酒店的中菜廳,價格當然會「貴氣」一點。既然難得來到,當然要品嚐一下酒店級的中菜。 竹笙帶子腸粉白滑,帶子鮮甜,竹笙爽口,甜豉油分上,鹹淡自定。 接著上菜的燒腩肉,皮脆,肉質香口,肥瘦適中。 只得筆者和兩老,想多試一點東西,就要選個點心拼盤。蝦餃、燒賣、素粉果及鮑魚,筆者對蝦餃比較難忘,蝦餃面上放有一片黑松露,口感比平常的特別。當然,其他的點心味道亦不俗。 利用海參做餡的雞紮,其實味道沒有比用魚肚更好,只是增加多點貴氣。 父親偏好吃魚,筆者特別點了這個鱈魚柳來品嚐。竹籠內的鱈魚柳的確啖啖肉,肉質鮮滑,有梅菜的鹹香,又有鱈魚的香甜。雖然每件需費過百,還是值得一嚐! 點心小菜過後,來一個炒飯就特別滿足。這個牛肉鬆炒飯飯粒不黏不乾,伴有黑松露的香味,入口味香,不油膩,滿足。
