To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟男朋友來了佐敦,隨便找間餐廳吃晚飯吧。附近都是火鍋,茶餐廳,米線等,難得一間越南菜,所以試試。星期六晚8點幾,人客不算多。有2個2人餐可選,可是看了餐牌更吸引,而且本身有點飽,吃不到太多,所以散叫了。點了:1。 香茅豬扒凍檬。普通一個豬扒凍檬。2。蟹肉炒飯。很乾身,一粒粒的飯,熱吃好吃,凍了也有炒飯香3。蝦沙律。原來份量很多,不過如果多幾隻蝦會更好,味道ok。看到隔離枱點的牛油雞翼,十分吸引,可是太飽,沒有試,下次再來試吧。侍應服務很好,會主動加水,上菜很快,還會問要不要公筷(隔離枱),很細心。我們吃著,發現到原來這餐廳有得多遊客都到來吃。
