黎到湘川滬就一次過可以試哂三個地方既菜式,平日晚上餐廳都幾full,所以大家真係要早d book位食飯賽磅蟹其實就即係蛋白加蟹肉加少少青豆混合而成,味道清淡,蛋白滲透著微微既蟹肉鮮味四季豆炒得夠乾身,再加埋肉碎粒一齊炒,份外惹味酸酸甜甜既糖醋魚令人越食越開胃,魚塊仲要大大舊,好多肉小籠包雖然皮好薄,入面仲裝有唔少上湯,仲我拎起既時候都唔會穿原來呢個鍋可以當湯咁飲,材料有津白、粉絲、豆腐、蝦仁、冬菇、腩肉、筍最後又點少得叫埋甜品
