天氣又開始凍，今晚就去咗呢間古色古香充滿中式宮庭佈置嘅《大滾友》打邊爐！周公之禮消暑冬瓜瑤柱鍋超足料既湯底👍🏻新鮮冬瓜加上瑤柱、蝦肉、素翅和雞肉等等．．．每一啖都充滿湯料，味道香濃又滋潤😋！聖旨駕到蟶子皇凍食特別爽口鮮甜，再加上秘製香醋和洋蔥，特別醒胃✨！大滾友牛肉拼盤有齊七種不同嘅部位，牛舌、牛柳粒、雪花肥牛、牛頸脊和牛小排，而牛黃喉最好味👍🏻夠哂爽身🥰！伊比利亞橡果豬因為食橡果長大，所以肉質帶有獨特的香味，油花均勻，肉味芳香濃郁，所以稱得上是豬肉中的和牛級數👍🏻！大滾友雜菜拼盤健康之選！夠新鮮乜都有👍🏻！龍蝦墨魚丸自家製手打丸，夠哂彈牙！火焰焦糖豆腐花以桶裝上枱👍🏻加上黃糖和燒酒，火焰一吓🔥多一層焦糖嘅口感，豆花亦夠滑，不錯！
