To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一段時間冇食雲桂香了，難得今天早起，於是出沙田正街那邊吃個早午餐。週末時間等了一陣位便可入餐廳。炸醬雲吞小鍋米線，每次來到必點小鍋米線，今次點了中小辣。湯底味道香濃，辣度十足，帶有少少酸味!本身米線已經有炸醬，但我通常都會額外再加炸醬，因為這裡的炸醬是粒粒分明的肉碎，不是醬的形式，是有炒過的，所以特別香口!而這裡的雲吞非常大粒，每次點雲吞都一定會食到好飽!雲吞入面的餡料是菜肉，吃一口後再浸入湯中再食，非常惹味!豬軟骨豬皮涼拌米線，朋友不太喜歡吃太熱，這款沒有湯的就岩他了!米線是凍的，不用怕很熱，配有肉醬、花生、榨菜、咸菜，點了小辣，吃之前最後拌勻，如果唔係最後便會好辣!豬軟骨炆得淋軟，軟骨爽口!豬皮爽口彈牙，口感豐富!凍檸茶、凍華田，凍檸茶好有茶澀味，酸味都好夠!而食辣後飲杯凍華田，甜甜地有助解辣!
