又係開心打邊爐嘅時間,今次試下叫椰子花甲蟹湯底,椰子湯味勁香,蟹同花甲都新鮮,未開始打邊爐我就已經好俾心機飲緊個湯底。身為牛魔王嘅朋友就叫咗個上品牛肉拼盤,有頂級嘅本地肥牛肉,牛柳粒,安格斯肥牛,牛胸尖,雪花肥牛,上到枱樣樣顏色都好靚,食落都ok新鮮同埋甜。又叫咗個稻庭烏冬,好煙靭,加埋個湯底食真係一流。
