打得邊爐湯底最重要,因為佢會影響食物既質素呢度既邊爐湯底好特別,有一鍋五味既酒火入鍋,中間個格係海鮮木瓜鍋,而側邊個四格分別係潮州沙嗲鍋,四川麻辣鍋,蝦兵蟹將,墨汁海鮮鍋味道各有特式,不過四川麻辣鍋如果可以再辣啲就更好朋友話放粒炸彈落去啲味道會再勁啲!炸彈唔係卦,原來有清酒炸彈同麻辣炸彈,用黎加強湯底既味道另一個湯底叫左個雙併湯底,分別係花雕醉鷄鍋同咸酸菜三文魚頭湯咸酸菜三文魚頭湯最正,連入面既三文魚頭都係啖啖肉唔覺唔覺食哂啲三文魚肉即炸手工紫菜響鈴卷幾脆身,又吸味,可以試清楚各款湯底既味道加埋紫菜多層口感,淥兩淥就好拎番上黎啦,唔係淋哂就唔好食打邊爐當然唔少得肥牛啦,叫左個頂級安格斯牛頸脊佢將啲牛肉咁放係幾別緻,而質素方面亦係唔錯,牛頸脊牛味好濃又唔算太肥,肥瘦脂肪分佈好平均,所以食多幾塊都唔覺油膩仲有一碟寫住招牌菜既日本頂級黑毛豬腩肉豬腩肉超級腍,唔會得個肥字,仲有薄薄地一片,肉質嫩滑膽大鮑天將丸放係個殼上面,係幾得意既,而丸幾爽口彈牙,可惜人多只係食左一粒六色小籠包顏色好靚好吸睛,六隻都唔同味,但我點得太多醋,蓋過左小籠包啲味,好傷心三併福袋似乎呢度既食材都鐘意玩顏色,白色係鵪鶉
