Fook Yuen obtained her Michelin Bib Gourmand Award because of her soup balls which are one of the best in the town. There are only 2 kinds of stuffings to be chosen: sesame and peanut. Both stuffings are aromatic as they have been fried before. The texture is extremely smooth and there are some crushed peanuts inside the peanut stuffing that can enrich the texture. The ginger soup is spicy and sweet but not sugary. The osmanthus and lees soup are the another one you should never be missed as well.
