喺尖沙咀做完野黎到萬豚屋食午餐,兩個人叫左一個小食、兩個烏冬同埋一件蛋糕。墨魚炸彈係墨魚滑包住溏心蛋一齊炸,墨魚滑彈牙、溏心蛋流心度十足,加埋類似明太子嘅醬汁,口感味道都唔錯,一定要趁熱食。香菌濃湯上級牛肉手打烏冬,湯底非常濃郁,睇到有至少兩種唔同嘅菇菌,面頭仲加左一匙有少少似黑松露又有少少似菇菌味嘅醬,令味道更豐富,烏冬好好咬,間中又可以食下豆苗清清味蕾,牛肉有牛味唔會過肥。友人被「美味!抗衰老!」吸引,叫左餐廳特別推介大阪風石燒金胡麻擔擔烏冬,湯底用嘅「大阪和田萬」黃金胡麻店內都有得賣,每檯都放左一個吉樽做sample。友人形容胡麻味道簡單直接唔會太滯太漏,加左擔擔麵嘅肉醬香濃惹味,帶微辣,豚肉油香豐盈。福岡柚子豆乳芝士蛋糕有驚喜,估唔到手打烏冬店竟然有咁出色嘅甜品。柚子味重,感覺清新,好岩炎熱嘅夏天食,面頭灑上紫薯粉,有心思。胡麻烏冬同蛋糕本身都有跟餐飲品,我叫嘅凍檸茶正正常常,友人加錢要左活乳酸爆珠特飲,係乳酸飲品加乳酸味爆爆珠,鐘意calpis嘅佢話大滿足呀。店內嘅牆壁都畫滿左唔同嘅豬公仔,好可愛。店內冷氣夠凍,大熱天時食熱騰騰嘅烏冬都唔會滿頭大汗。
