今日黎奧海城呢邊, 大商場無咩野食揀, 諗到去大角咀搵食, 之前收藏左湯品小棧好耐, 係米芝蓮推介街頭小食, 因為鍾意飲湯又鍾意幫襯小店就試下。入到黎店員幾熱情介紹有咩食, 午巿餐每人約$60有湯有粉有餸有飲品, 又唔貴。叫左蟲草花湯同瑪卡湯, 瑪卡湯係秘魯人參, 而家好似好興, 湯味有D甘, 蟲草花就菇菌香味, 不過兩者味道都頗清淡, 應該無落鹽, 單飲問題都不大, 但如果要撈米粉/麵食, 就真係太淡了, 自己煲既湯都濃過佢。餸叫左黃牛肝醬燜牛尾, 雞翼, 蘿蔔, 另一份係茄湯豬軟骨, 鹵蛋, 鹵豆干, 份量比想像少, 但係好處係夠味, 同無味既粉食可以平衡到。牛尾好淋, 蘿蔔有少少薑味, 雞翼好滑。豬軟骨有部分有少少鞋口。我地黎果時未準備好杏仁山藥飲, 無得試, 叫左羅漢果雪梨茶, 羅漢果味蓋過雪梨茶味, 蘋果山楂蜜棗茶都係, 只飲到山楂味。
