To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日夜晚六點半到，排佐15分鐘可以坐低，我覺得OK嘅。清湯牛腩河的湯底真係靚，清甜無味精，想加湯🤤河粉都正，薄而彈牙，唔係普通街市貨唯獨主角牛肉太柴，雖然肉的份量對得起個價（$63），但是食得出牛肉未夠火候。可惜可惜可能店家因為有太多客人（條龍一直有，客人不停咁入），不想讓客人久等所以快啲出品？或者我牙口不好？作自我紀錄，以下為填字數。因為可能或者應該可以不用200字先交得，幫自己做個紀錄好麻煩。
