To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第1次來,門面不起眼,剛好在戲院對面。進來發現很多人滿坐,而且有一個牌匾,顯示由九龍城搬來桌上有鹽,胡椒粉,豉油,醋,辣椒油,糖,辣菜葡,非常充足調味料我們選了蠔仔煎蛋飯$53+5元 魚湯1碗蟲草花鴨腿湯飯$52 +7元 可口可樂蠔仔蛋飯煎得金黃,蠔仔剛熟入口少少爆醬,個人喜歡加上豉油和胡椒粉就完美。魚湯感覺咸左少少,如果配湯飯就比較好,所以應該魚湯飯比較適合,我當例湯喝偏咸了。蟲草花鴨腿湯飯顏色雖然比較深,但湯清不咸,比魚湯好喝鴨腿軟綿綿,一咬就甩出來,感覺像老火湯煲很久。每天應該有好好保持水準,不是臨時煮。
