今晚去的餐廳位於灣仔駱克道,門口有個海鮮廚櫃,亦有隻大燒鵝模型,引人注目。餐廳裝修有少許古香古色,以木色為主調,非常光猛。燒味雙拼 —叉燒和燒鵝 🦢叉燒像是用梅頭肉,吃下去很鬆軟,滿是肉汁,味道甜中帶點焦香。而燒鵝的皮很脆,點了梅子醬後風味大增,肉味帶點鹹香多汁,有咬口。啫啫唐生菜🥬唐生菜吃下去爽脆而且非常甜,加了些蝦乾有一些鹹香味,非常有鑊氣。紫砂功夫燉湯 🥣蟲草花加上魚翅還有豬肉,用紫砂茶壺來保持溫度,喝下去非常鮮甜,味道剛好,火喉恰到好處。原個燉梨✨梨浸在冰糖水裡,有種清甜感覺,幫助去膩,亦很滋潤。
