幸屋係好耐之前仲翻緊intern既時候已經食過,記憶中就係好食的,呢日咁啱去開灣仔,久違地再黎食,水準仲係度😋 1️⃣ 鹽湯黑松露元貝拉麵($118) 呢款係期間限定既拉麵~湯底會比較清,啱曬有時想食拉麵但係又唔想食得咁heavy。鹽湯清清地,配上黑松露醬,清淡中又帶啲特色☺️配料非常豐富,除左原粒帶子之外,仲有赤雞胸、叉燒同埋溏心蛋。雞胸好嫩滑,叉燒就係大大片既日式叉燒。另外仲有啲海藻、竹筍、紫菜,同埋炸牛蒡!炸牛蒡好脆好好食~ 2⃣️櫻花蝦味增拉麵($88) 蝦湯味道濃厚,面頭有好多櫻花蝦。欣賞佢係唔同拉麵會有唔同配菜,同湯底更加夾🤤呢款有木耳、紫菜、椰菜、溏心蛋,平衡一下湯底既重口味。另外叉燒有兩款,有大片既日式叉燒同埋豚角煮。豚角煮係厚身多啲肥肉位,但係入口即溶既口感好正!肉味更加香。 3️⃣和風餃子($38) 餃子係羽根餃子既製法,好靚😍一大層薄脆,加上沙律醬,好食。 4️⃣芝麻手羽($38) 好脆好香,而且一啲都唔油膩!
