灣仔大王東街嗰邊啲橫街一向多美食～ 今次同朋友去咗呢間新派星馬菜餐廳，主廚係正宗馬來西亞人～ menu入面有好多菜式都好特別同未食過！🍭鹹蛋炒酥炸蓮藕片($78)鹹蛋黃嘅菜式都食過唔少～ 但配蓮藕片真係第一次見！一上菜見到片片金黃色，聞到好香鹹蛋黃味🤤 蓮藕片炸得香脆可口，啖啖都食到鹹蛋黃味，真係好食到停唔到口！🍭烤魔鬼魚($228)餐廳其中一個最特別嘅菜式係烤魔鬼魚～ 上面有滿滿自家製叄巴醬同香料，真心幾辣下！怕辣嘅我唔太食到🙈 魚肉易起，幾嫩滑，魚骨多但都係粗骨～ 🍭滑蛋河($98)份量都幾多下，河粉用黑醬油秒過，掛晒汁，好香好好食～ 配料仲有蝦、魚片、豬肉、菜心、豆乾等🤤

🍭鹹蛋炒酥炸蓮藕片($78)
