My friend and I went to have lunch. The food and drinks were completely fine, actually quite nice. However, it was a terrible dinning experience.

We had just about finished eating. I hadn't even touched the drinks yet. A staff member named Margo came over and told us it's time to leave, and we have to return the table soon. However, we had only been sitting in the restaurant for 30 minutes, had just finished our food, and the drinks were still untouched. She was extremely impolite in telling us to leave. There was an empty 4-person table across from us, and there were no people waiting outside the restaurant. I do not know why would she being that impolite of asking us to leave. I strongly recommend not going to your restaurant again - it was a terrible dining experience.

這家新加坡餐廳在灣仔的人流算是不錯, 難怪在開業不太久的時間已經在上環開第二間分店, 定價還算可以, 裝修和色調甚為Homey, 晚市套餐大約二百多元一位, 在同區走Bistro路線的定價差不多. 當然新加坡最出名的傳統菜式也有, 例如是辣椒蟹或是麥皮系列, 當然也有海南雞, 也有一些較為創新的菜式, 例如是頭盤的饅頭, 上面鋪上以辣椒醬烹調過的蟹肉, 饅頭吸汁, 味道不錯, 也算是辣椒蟹的方便版.主菜方面以咖啡骨最為吸引, 就是排骨配咖啡醬烹煮, 排骨炸過, 外皮酥脆而肉質依然夠嫩, 就算浸滿了咖啡醬也不會影響外皮的脆度, 咖啡醬甘甜, 味道層次豐富. 另外一的麥皮軟殼蟹也不錯, 同樣有鹹有甜, 軟殼蟹和麥皮同樣香脆, 作為佐酒菜式很不錯, 如果麥皮可以更加鋪滿在蟹身上就更好. 至於其他菜式就還可以, 印象不太深刻, 希望在開新分店之後, 水準能夠保持就好.

JOM📍灣仔大王東街7號銳興樓地下A號舖轉咗新環境工作後,同grade嘅同事都好友善,主動約我一齊食lunch。灣仔lunch hour人頭湧湧,幾乎每一間餐廳都排晒隊。好彩我哋早有準備,提早一日book定位,先可以唔使排隊就有得食。同事精選咗3間餐廳俾我揀,一間粵菜、一間西餐,最後我揀咗呢間裝修簡約嘅文青風新加坡餐廳。JOM主打懷舊新加坡菜,提供多款自家製特色醬料,環境的確舒適,而且service幾好,食物望落都吸引,但可惜性價比太低,相信未必會回頭幫襯。 💰$98海南雞飯 🐓Hainanese Chicken Rice呢排食得清淡同健康咗,所以無叫到辣死你媽椰漿飯拼炸雞,選擇作比較清新嘅海南雞飯。一上檯嘅時候,而其有少少心知不妙,因為佢嘅份量好細,連我呢啲細胃王都擔心食完唔夠飽。平心而論,個飯嘅賣相其實唔差,雞嘅份量都唔算少,但最大問題係佢整體無咩味,主要要靠辣汁、黑豉油同薑蓉調味。自家製嘅醬汁的確係幾好食,而且調味適中,唔會死鹹死辣,不過如果俾接近$100食啲汁,好似又講唔通喎。佢嘅油飯同雞都無香味,飯量應該得平時嘅一半,雞肉好滑但多皮下脂肪,而且少少雞味都無,確實係有少少失望。

呢排食得清淡同健康咗,所以無叫到辣死你媽椰漿飯拼炸雞,選擇作比較清新嘅海南雞飯。一上檯嘅時候,而其有少少心知不妙,因為佢嘅份量好細,連我呢啲細胃王都擔心食完唔夠飽。平心而論,個飯嘅賣相其實唔差,雞嘅份量都唔算少,但最大問題係佢整體無咩味,主要要靠辣汁、黑豉油同薑蓉調味。

自家製嘅醬汁的確係幾好食,而且調味適中,唔會死鹹死辣,不過如果俾接近$100食啲汁,好似又講唔通喎。

佢嘅油飯同雞都無香味,飯量應該得平時嘅一半,雞肉好滑但多皮下脂肪,而且少少雞味都無,確實係有少少失望。

午時套餐包咗飲品,如果飲汽水或薏米水就唔使加錢,轉飲其他飲品就要加多十幾廿蚊,唔太抵食。同一價錢,同一地段,應該可以搵到間好食嘅餐廳。

吃星马菜很喜欢点Beef Rendang,这份出品深得我心。牛肉扎扎实实,张大嘴也吞不下一块,韧性筋道中包裹着细腻的嚼劲。

从名字到视觉感再到味蕾都有点刺激,除了秋葵的存在令人迷惑之外(不如换成香茅),这条鱼吃得很过瘾。就连鱼骨都烤得脆韧,嘎巴嘎巴恨不得骨头都吃干净。

鱼肉大块厚身、口感细嫩绵韧,夹起来轻松脱骨。表面码了厚厚的spice paste和sambal sauce,火辣辣的滋味在烤制中逐渐渗透进汁水丰富的肌理,越吃越辣,但就是放不了筷。

大虎虾实实在在,肉质也好,类似是拉差酱的甜辣口味,带点柔和解腻的酸。但没想到是炸出来的,裹了一层不算轻盈的面衣,加上下手同样很狠的酱汁,有了点东北炸茄盒即视感。

湿炒海鲜河,配菜比河粉出色,后者泡在浓稠汤汁里质地比较断,也有结块。切条的鱼饼、弹嫩的鲜虾、绵滑的蛋碎盛惠一盘,菜心取的是相当脆爽的一段,interesting的口感大融合。
