尚文潮菜館喺灣仔一帶新開嘅餐廳,專門提供潮州菜。去到舖頭一坐低,店員已經遞上功夫茶。今次食咗幾款菜式,最令我印象深刻嘅係碧綠川椒雞球。廚師揀選咗雞上髀肉來烹調,肉質稔滑得嚟又鮮嫩,加上用嘅川椒醬汁香味濃郁,食落真係過癮。至於招牌紅燒翅,用嘅係魚翅,烹製出嚟嘅味道好鮮美,潮州經典滋味全都喺度。再講下蝦米炒汕頭自菜,呢個菜簡直係清新爽口嘅代表,蝦米帶出嘅海鮮香氣同自菜嘅脆嫩完美匹配。鹵水墨魚片嘅口感腍滑,而鵝肝則係軟綿綿,入口即化。
