灣仔唔係去會展就去利東街多,原來船街都有好多特色餐廳值得一去。😋就喺船街嘅盡頭就有一間用船做主題🚢嘅隱世 fusion 菜,花園中間掛住大大個霓虹燈牌寫住 Flagship 🛟,餐廳分咗兩層,下層擺放唔少相架同酒樽,有種店主去咗過好多地方歸來嘅感覺,上層裝修比較簡約,比較自成一角,🏡好似去咗澳門或者台灣嘅家庭餐廳,環境好 warm 好舒服,可以盡情同朋友飲下酒、傾下計,慢慢歎!食物方面,呢度嘅菜式都好切合主題,👩🏻🍳就係將世界各地嘅食材用中西式 crossover 嘅方式呈現,中間仲夾雜咗唔少港式元素,好似避風塘豬排、八珍甜醋羽衣甘藍沙律、腐乳汁羊架咁,新穎得嚟🤤又令人好想試!而且員工會好耐心推介菜式,仲會提議你配咩酒最啱,減低唔啱好味嘅風險。🥗咸蛋黃醬凱撒沙律 $158平時食沙律都好鍾意上面啲煙肉粒,貪佢脆脆哋、鹹鹹哋咁,而呢個沙律用咗咸魚同炸咗嘅金華火腿粒代替,鹹香十足,再加埋咸蛋黃醬同咸蛋黃粒,鹹得自然,一啲都唔膩,仲罈走沙律菜嘅草青味!啱晒平時少食菜嘅朋友!🦆法式油封鴨腿 $298鴨腿係 Special menu,用咗法國西南部嘅做法,經過鹽漬鎖住肉汁,雖然唔會好 juicy

鴨腿係 Special menu,用咗法國西南部嘅做法,經過鹽漬鎖住肉汁,雖然唔會好 juicy,不過好有肉味,外皮煎香咗,有少少脆,更加惹味!而配菜嘅薯蓉都好滑好好食!

呢個真係好吸引!用煲仔飯上碟真係好搞笑~ Risotto 用咗原隻蟹嘅蟹膏同蟹肉一齊煮,味道好濃郁,好有蟹嘅鮮甜,而且加咗切成細細粒嘅菜,可以中和 Risotto 嘅飽滯感,配合得好好!
