To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於灣仔道有一間樓上嘅隱世台灣菜,最出名既係懷舊玩味,非常復古嘅裝修,除左可以打卡之餘,仲可以試埋古早味嘅台灣菜。但係要睇下大家著味食物質素定係純粹為影相打卡,如果係影相為主,非常建議你至少去一之影相,因為裡面真係好似時光倒流,回到70年代,但如果你注重食物為主我就覺得或者去一次試吓就夠。台灣紅燒牛肉麵 牛肉麵湯底以清湯為主,配上牛筋香甜味感覺清新,麵條一樣Q彈滑順,牛筋、牛腩滷得好入味而且份量算多,但係反而清新得滯,少了一般台式紅燒牛肉麵改做腩汁嘅味道
