穩藏在元朗橫巷中的拉麵小店🌸🇯🇵👘🎏店面不大,卻是濃濃的日本風情和氣息。🍜🐖醬油慢煮豬軟骨配脆脆豬皮烏冬豬軟骨用醬油慢煮,軟腍入味,一配有3大塊很滿足。脆卜卜豬皮可浸入麵湯中待稍稍軟化才吃。配料還有竹筍、蔥花、鳴門卷和紫菜絲。最欣賞不會死鹹的豚骨湯底,由豬骨高湯熬成,送著烏冬吃很溫潤。🍤🍟🍗小吃點了吉列炸蝦、海苔薯條和唐揚炸雞,都很香口❤️特別炸蝦淋上千島醬和紫茶碎有滋有味。🍺炸物配上冰冰凍凍的汽水和果汁,☀️盛夏裡實在太爽了。
