身邊素食朋友約食飯,地點當然由佢負責。收工過到黎觀塘見時間尚早就睇左陣STARWAR展先,等到朋友都到埋就行過黎尚素。路程唔使五分鐘,都幾就腳。因為餐牌實在太多選擇,朋友驚我選擇困難症又發作就揸主意點左個二人餐。二人餐可揀嘅其實都幾多,同埋價錢都幾實惠。餐湯係老火湯同竹笙燴素翅。飲落好夠火候同清甜,啱啱近排寒流龔港飲完暖笠笠。本身係可以升級做松茸湯的但見我地之後幾樣菜都係菇菌就唔升了,驚補得濟。頭盤係叉燒配海蜇及苦瓜涼伴珍珠耳。一食叉燒都真係有啲食肉嘅錯覺,用腐皮做成嘅素叉燒無論造型同埋味道都好真,燒焦香加埋入口甜甜咸咸咁真係幾好食。而海蜇係用蒟蒻做成,入口滑溜溜又有少少彈牙。微量麻辣味道十分開胃。珍珠耳都幾爽口,加上苦瓜除左好多苦味。兩者一齊食麻油香同回甘味夠清新。同叉燒一濃一清咁,配搭得幾好。麻香擔擔麵。份量十足,雖則係二人餐但份量足夠三至四人分都無問題。配料睇落唔多,但味道好濃郁。花生香同芝麻香十足,麵質夠彈牙混和花生碎同炸蒜夠晒香口惹味。干窩煸榆耳。榆耳睇餐牌介紹係高蛋白低脂肪嘅食材,又可以行氣活血係秋冬進補食品之一。除左榆耳入面仲有包括白木耳/珍珠耳/冬菇同埋秀珍菇等,十分豐
