經常被指食評HEA爆和相片求其既我,最近獲得一部新既電話,係NOKIA 既LUMIA 925,雖然唔係新款,但係影相質素的確上升了,即使技術依舊呢個食評裡既相正正用了新電話影的,餐廳係位於荃灣既常滿雞煲,估唔到咁熱既天氣店內都係爆滿,好在BOOK左位,仲要係卡位話明係雞煲店,唔食雞煲點得,一行四人,先叫個滋味常滿雞煲一隻$188食下.其實佢地仲有另一款麻辣,但係同行一致認為唔太愛食麻辣,所以放棄了.服務員說滋味常滿雞煲呢款個味係甜帶辣呢度既火鍋配料都有不少既選擇先叫支$25 SOMERSBY,酸酸甜甜當蘋果汽水飲解辣一流另外叫左小食$58涼伴海蜇頭,個海蜇頭SIZE好大,食落好爽脆,味道帶少少麻辣,加上凍食既關係都幾開胃$48 川味藕片,這個係熱食,軟中帶爽既藕片上鋪滿類似水煮STYLE既辣椒,花椒之類,食落又唔太麻,帶種甜辣既風味,亦係食唔停,但呢味既辛辣度更高$188 既滋味常滿雞煲,一隻雞既份量四個人剛剛好,放左好多芫茜,唔食既既住走左佢,但我覺得芫茜既味道已經被濃濃既醬汁覆蓋了,叫左小辣既味道,似乎絕唔係講笑,食落感覺似中辣,味道甜中帶辣勁,加上香料味道,十分惹味,雞肉味道當然

雞肉唔夠滑,但具彈性,加上醬汁濃郁惹味,食個不停,同埋隻雞都算瘦,如果用肥雞仲爽歪歪

$178 手切本地肥牛,牛味濃,肉質不是軟熟那種,但咬落具彈性,O趙出牛味出來,十分新鮮.雖然叫肥牛,但係唔算肥,但呢個牛味咁濃既情況下加番分.最怕再食那種急凍美國肥牛,又無味又肥

我重要叫左$5蔥同埋$5炸蒜放落蛋汁中,呢種咁重口味既食法相信只有我會做.食雞煲其實都唔唔洗咁刻意去配豉油個類,因為本身已經夠味.呢種食法唔好亂跟喔

食落樣樣都係重口味,所以都係叫個ASAHI$22 飲,ICED COLD BEER永遠係火鍋常客

整體上呢度既食材都幾新鮮,主角亦係香濃美味,加上有卡位和強勁冷氣,無咩大改善既地方

雞煲潮既減退下,剩下既相信係有水準既店
