放工後,約晚上六點半,因為時間尚早,所以店裏只有零星客人,不用等位。當天所見七點多,客人明顯增多。 食物方面,覺得海鮮最美味,於是點了招牌---大蝦海鮮手打烏冬($75)。裏面的材料豐富:有一隻大帶子,一隻大蝦,兩隻青口,三文魚塊,細細粒八爪魚,半隻蛋,還有海帶、粟米、筍干等配料。烏冬不愧是必食之選,每集都好彈牙,湯底選了豬骨,濃淡適中,值得品嚐。 另外又要了最愛的燒雞泡魚干($48),烘到脆脆地,是下酒美食。
