香港上海餐廳有好多,大大小小有高級有平民,大多都滲着港式嘅風味。今日竟然見到food court 裡上海餐廳都要買水煮牛,似乎所有嘢都已經被赤化得好利害。10年前,記得要返北京做嘢嘅時候。面對這紅當當充滿辣椒辣油嘅一大盤,一定有啲膽怯,直頭掂都唔想掂。但時至今日,尤其冰冷嘅冬天裡,就覺得好滋味,撥開紅油,充滿芽菜,亦有好多牛肉,花椒嘅香氣滲出來,牛肉出奇嫩滑,扒了整碗菜飯。
