To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假同家人去圍方行街食tea，呢度嘅海南雞飯好出名，+$10升級轉雞髀，同埋+$25叫咗個黑醬油蘿蔔糕。另外點咗個招牌蝦喇沙下午茶。文華海南雞飯 - 海南雞好滑，雞髀肉夠哂淋。三款醬汁都好味，輪住點。油飯好出色，粒粒分明。隨餐附送嘅例湯好清甜，豆腐嫩滑。果然係招牌菜！招牌蝦喇沙 - 有蝦、魚片同雞，湯底濃郁，米線亦都好好掛湯。食得出成碗喇沙係冇咩味精，唔會食完好頸渴。成碗喇沙都好足料，雖然係下午茶，但係份量都唔少。黑醬油蘿蔔糕 - 新加坡嘅黑醬油味道較甜，食到粒粒蘿蔔，小食嚟講，份量啱啱好，味道亦都好出眾。錫蘭奶茶 - 凍熱都好飲，不過熱飲茶味較突出，而且熱飲唔使加錢，抵飲！
