To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢兩日天氣真係好凍,本人脂肪不少,好耐冇試過喺香港都覺得咁凍,連續兩日都去左打火鍋同烤魚,呢間位於金百利嘅渝痴漁醉我之前都食過lunch,覺得唔錯,琴晚同朋友一齊過黎試下烤魚,大約8點鐘黎到,餐廳都有唔少客人,因為樓下都有啲姐姐派下傳單,相信都會有唔少walk in客。餐廳位置都幾多,有卡位,有普通枱,但我覺得咁,如果有位嘅情況下,而你知道自己會食雞煲、烤魚而不是小炒的話,大可以同店員講聲,睇下可否安排到大小小嘅枱。因為2人枱食烤魚有機會放唔落啊~升地去嘅時候咁啱有張4人枱,所以就冇呢個問題。餐牌供應烤魚、雞煲、羊腩煲等,烤魚方面,可以先選魚類,有鯇魚、清江魚、石班等,定價$238-338,然後可以自選味道,例如招牌豆花烤魚、花椒味、酸菜味、麻辣味、泡椒味等,咁每個鍋底本身嘅配料唔多,所以可以再追加啲配料食完烤魚之後淥黎食,有牛肉、丸類、海蝦、蔬菜等等,價錢唔貴。前菜:渝翁招牌豆花烤清江魚 $298我地揀左豆花烤,魚就揀左清江魚,兩個人食非常足夠。湯底鋪滿辣椒、花生,但就唔係好多花椒,所以食落香辣不麻,亦都唔算好油膩。雖然冇問我地辣度,但一般食到辣嘅都應該接受到,身邊唔係好食得辣嘅朋友

我地揀左豆花烤,魚就揀左清江魚,兩個人食非常足夠。湯底鋪滿辣椒、花生,但就唔係好多花椒,所以食落香辣不麻,亦都唔算好油膩。雖然冇問我地辣度,但一般食到辣嘅都應該接受到,身邊唔係好食得辣嘅朋友都係食到尾先覺得頂唔順。

清江魚都幾大條,魚肉嫩滑到不了,而且冇乜細骨,方便唔識吐骨嘅朋友都食到。魚肉彈牙,一路滲入辣辣地嘅湯底,全身暖哂。好在店面都唔會好焗,抽風都可以,起碼唔會食完好大陣味。

本身湯底入面有四件豆腐,不得不說,辣嘅豆腐真係好好食,特別呢度嘅豆腐又係滑溜到不行,差啲想獨吞四件

墊底有少量豆芽,吸哂啲辣湯底,又係正,不過份量唔多,如果鐘意嘅我諗要追加,都係$28。

只要點烤魚或者雞煲類都可以用優惠價點一份鹿兒島牛,好抵食啊
先唔好講原價幾多錢,一百蚊唔洗就一定係抵。而且就算特價,質素都唔差。牛肉兩邊脂肪,中間食落嫩腍,雖然就唔係好多塊,不過足夠兩人分享。

稻庭烏冬 $28
眼闊肚窄嘅我地驚死唔夠飽,梗係點個烏冬頂頂肚,但最終飽到不行,食左半個。臨尾淥個烏冬或者寬粉其實好正,湯底啲辣度冇愈食愈淡,雞以烏冬會好入味。不過呢度都用普通嘅烏冬,手打嘅會好食啲。

見佢地都好忙,未必有時間每個人都問,你地有興趣可以問聲。

總括呢間烤魚都好啱我地口味,價錢都唔算太貴,人均二百零蚊,如果我叫多幾個人食更加抵,可以點多幾款配料。
環境方面正正常常,唔會好逼狹,服務方面都可以,其實你見到店員都幾忙,不過叫到都必應。最重要係,埋單仲有9折,正。(話係新張優惠)
