To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

明天下午做牙, 媽媽到永合隆買了燒肉回家, 一份是拜神用, 另外切開四兩左右今晚食飯加料這間店的燒肉是媽媽聽朋友說之後去買的, 媽媽的朋友讚到佢天上有地下無咁, 今日特登撘車去買嚟食, 媽媽話呢間燒肉店都幾貴, 一斤差唔多要成百蚊咁滯, 但係當我地食左一舊之後, 都唔再覺得唔抵之前未食過咁好食的燒肉呢, 瘦肉的部份有很多的肉汁滲出, 肉汁係豬肉味的根源, 咁多汁, 令到燒肉更覺好味, 皮好脆, 肥油唔知點解唔覺得好漏, 係之前食燒肉不會的, 之前我食到第二件已經唔想食, 但今次竟然食完一件又一件....可以講, 咁大個女, 第一次食燒肉食到咁滋味
