保家山 / Burger山呢個名既由長洲搶包山既平安包,轉成漢堡包。創辦人細個時好中意食漢堡包,每次食都好開心。但當年只有幾間大品牌,所以創立左burger山,希望係漢堡包 加入香港文化元素。“葵”手工和牛漢堡(山葵汁)$98一大塊的和牛,肉味濃郁但唔羶,無渣無肥,口感好。個山葵醬汁十分滋味,無辛辣唔攻鼻,呢個漢堡質量非常高。紫菜薯條 +$4紫菜滿佈每一條薯條,薯條非常非常香脆, 唔會鹹。保家山最好既地方,就係佢所有調味都剛剛好!再+$6 就有無糖好喝的津路烏龍茶。保家山唔止得burger, 今期signature 有鮮蟹肉牛油果意粉,配沙律同餐湯。我超中意個沙律夠酸夠醒胃!食咁多野,食番個啲菜中和一下都好。蘑菇湯唔杰身,無論味道同濃稠度都剛好。至於意粉呢,個牛油果醬汁包裹著每一條,好creamy,撈勻後每一啖都食到絲絲蟹肉。

紫菜薯條 +$4
紫菜滿佈每一條薯條,薯條非常非常香脆, 唔會鹹。保家山最好既地方,就係佢所有調味都剛剛好!再+$6 就有無糖好喝的津路烏龍茶。

我超中意個沙律夠酸夠醒胃!食咁多野,食番個啲菜中和一下都好。蘑菇湯唔杰身,無論味道同濃稠度都剛好。
