To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2餸飯聽得多, 素菜2餸飯就第一次聽, 無諗過素菜都可以整到咁多花款, 同埋味道好好。所以我上星期幫襯完第一次後, 回味無窮, 今個星期繼續encore, 買番屋企加餸, 唔洗煩諗住煮咩餸, 又多款, 又平, 又夠飽我想試多d款式,所以 2次都叫左唔同菜式第一次, 食左釀茄子, 腐皮卷, 炒大豆芽, 糖醋波波, 炒菜。 其中釀茄子真係超有驚喜, 真係做到平時魚肉釀茄子既質感之餘, 個鼓椒醬汁配在一起, 實在太出色。之後再買多次,水準keep到, 實在太好食, 大力推薦第2次, 忘記影相, d食評話可以飯轉炒粉絲, 我今次又試試炒粉絲, 今次不得了, 除左上次既釀茄子之外, 今日又有新驚喜, 冇諗過雜菜粉絲可以炒到咁有鑊氣味, 以後既必叫list又多一個菜。。。 今次仲叫了炒薯仔絲, 有小小酸酸辣辣, 幾個開胃, 另外叫了甜酸齋, 調味剛剛好, 送飯一流

第一次, 食左釀茄子, 腐皮卷, 炒大豆芽, 糖醋波波, 炒菜。

其中釀茄子
真係超有驚喜, 真係做到平時魚肉釀茄子既質感之餘, 個鼓椒醬汁配在一起, 實在太出色。之後再買多次,水準keep到, 實在太好食, 大力推薦
