To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

跟朋友湊腳去咗滋味齋，落座一試，真係驚喜連連！🌟 第一擊就係咖喱豬扒飯，賣相吸引，咖喱香氣四溢，豬扒厚實得嚟唔死鹹，口感又夠鬆化，真係一流！重點係件豬扒唔會乾巴巴，食落去口口都嫩滑，真係好入味。再嚟幾條魚手指，雖然今次唔係咁吸引，但都仲算脆卜卜，搭咗啲汁仲有少少驚喜。與此同時，我都特登加咗份素肉鷹嘴豆菠菜，清新爽口，而家食素都咁有層次，真係食得開心，食得健康。我發覺哩間鋪頭仲會不時搞啲義舉，真係好有愛心。食完呢一膳豐盛嘅晚餐，心情靚晒，落肚充實，又唔會攞住果種罪惡感，因為你知道自己啲選擇都幫到環境添！係咪又一次證明咗好嘢唔一定要肉食先得？🌱🥢
