To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚和朋友來到添美道中信大廈4樓的BRICKLANE。天氣炎熱,坐下來先要了兩杯凍飲Fresh T-helper和Bacon Julep,消消暑!先是前菜Crabmeat and Tomato Salad,這個沙律不單有蟹肉及蕃茄,還有台灣特產─蓮霧,特別新鮮爽脆,不錯不錯!吃完沙律就是喝湯了!Truffle Mushroom Soup和Soup of the Day。黑松露野菌湯,幼滑而濃稠;每日例湯則是薯仔濃湯,同樣是味濃香滑,非常順口!我們選了兩個特色菜來試試:Lobster Eggs Benedict,看似好像早餐才吃的班尼迪蛋,當配在龍蝦肉,立即升格成為晚餐的主菜,而味道一點也沒有給比下去。切開水煮蛋,蛋汁滲進龍蝦肉及麵包內,異常滋味!至於Beyond Burger (tom yum goong sauce),它的中文字很厲害:未來漢堡!原來這個是全素漢堡,但口感卻一點也不似,若不是我們事前已知道,相信一定吃不出來。加上冬蔭公醬汁,味道與一般漢堡真的完全一樣,十分厲害呢!
