To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

整體上菜式就係傳統蒙古菜，價錢便宜，性價比十分高。肚包肉湯 (2pc) $68 肚包湯是一道羊肚包裏羊腿肉的傳統菜式，羊湯很鮮美。烤茄子 $30外皮烤得微焦，茄子肉還保持到鮮汁，配埋店家特調的配料，十分惹味。內蒙羊肉串 (3pc) $45性價比十分高，肉粒都大大粒 。蔥燒羊腩飯 $88羊腩肥瘦相間，燉煮的時間剛好，口感彈牙嫩滑。砂鍋羊肉米線 $58好抵食，成大大份米線同海量羊肉~當歸羊排湯 $68 湯料份量非常足，哩個價都真係幾抵。
