節日當然食下西餐慶祝一下,今次就特別D去食西班牙菜,今次叫左 精選凍湯($68)、炸西班牙青椒仔($68)、蒜味虎蝦($128)、自家製煙燻三文魚配酸麵包($88)、傳統西班牙烤乳豬(S)($178)、巴斯克焦香芝士蛋糕($68)、Sangria、Lemonade內裡環境裝修幾有格調,令成餐用餐氣氛都好好👍🏻先送上餐包,點一點黑醋同橄欖油黎食,味道幾香😁Sangria、Lemonade:食西班牙菜當然唔少得叫返杯Sangria飲下😜呢到嘅Lemonade都幾清新好飲炸西班牙青椒仔:朋友平時比較抗拒食青椒,但今次佢都話呢碟TAPAS整得唔錯,青椒仔炸過後更為香口😁蒜味虎蝦:虎蝦份量唔少,大大隻兼且彈牙,最正係D蝦用蒜呀辣椒等黎調味,調得好惹味😋精選凍湯:今日係紅菜頭湯配香桃乳酪,飲之前先將佢攪勻,紅菜頭凍湯好足料,質感濃稠有口感,飲落唔會好重草味,帶點乳酪嘅香甜自家製煙燻三文魚配酸麵包:上菜時用蓋蓋住,一打開蓋就勁多白煙飄出黎,視覺效果幾正😍食落去個煙燻味比一般嘅重,因為經煙燻處理過後味道更為濃郁,最適合配埋酸麵包食😉先補張合照🤩傳統西班牙烤乳豬:我地得2個人食所以點左細份,如果多人食嘅
